But, like any c n d, the limbs had to be prepped to feed. Dead wood was a nightmare. Twisty wood was a nightmare.

Asplundh usually trims 1-2" branches. The chippers are cheap and do the job for small diameter material. For bigger stuff, they really don't work well.
