I've looked around and found nothing conclusive: I'm on build 5.0.2497.35 and Vivaldi spikes to 20% CPU usage (and stays consistently between 10 and 20%) … WebSince I updated Win10 to 2004 version, I noticed Chrome (along with other browsers) is using more CPU, especially while on YouTube. For the past several days, Chrome has not worked with youtube. Pretty much every video loaded will play for a minute or two, then slow down, and CPU usage will go way up.
