By default, they can be half-orcs, which is a basic race in the PHB. However, since the book Volo’s Guide to Monster came out, players can also request to be full-blooded Orcs. I’ll quickly cover each here. Full-Orcs. In Volo’s Orcs have more or less the same stuff as a Half-Orc.

WebPlaying wurzags faction doesn’t feel right without a generic savage orc lord and hero. Just a simple reskin will do. The generic lord can be a shaman on a boar (reskin of the orc shaman hero) and the hero should be an AP anti large melee hero. As an extra point, the hero should get a wyvern mount.

WebWell I like to run a lethal campaign, really cement the threat of the orcs, I'd go with 9-12 infantry, 3-5 archers, a few goblins, maybe a bugbear as a mini boss 1/4th of the way into tbe fight if they're rolling well, and a war chief halfway through the fight. I could see as many as two dozen, if they were split into squads of 4–6.
