WebOct 11, 2013 · only use g12 or use coolant that is able to mix with g12, me and my mechanic are both audi owners and he gave me gearhead eg-12 or something like that, it mixes right in with the oem g12. he gave it to me for 20 bucks a gallon, idk if thats how much it normally costs or not, but look into it. dealer is always unnecessarily expensive.
